Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

The following definitions apply to these General Terms and Conditions:

  • Withdrawal Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right to cancel the contract.

  • Consumer: An individual who is not acting within the scope of their business or profession and who enters into a distance contract with the business.

  • Continuous Contract: A distance contract for a series of products or services where obligations are carried out over time.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The option for the consumer to cancel a distance contract within the withdrawal period.

  • Business: The individual(s) or legal entity offering products or services at a distance to consumers.

  • Distance Contract: A contract concluded between a business and a consumer via distance communication technology.

  • CESOP: Central Electronic System of Payment Information introduced by the EU to monitor payment service providers.

Article 3 – Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by Céleste & Nova Vermont and to every distance contract concluded between the business and the consumer.
Before finalizing a contract, these terms will be made available electronically or otherwise.

Article 4 – Offers

All offers are non-binding. Céleste & Nova Vermont reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
During our Anniversary Sale, all items are available only while stocks last.
Prices are clearly stated and include applicable shipping costs, customs duties, and other surcharges where relevant.

Article 5 – Agreement

An agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the payment conditions.
Céleste & Nova Vermont will immediately confirm the acceptance by email.
Due to limited stock during special promotions, products may sell out quickly.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Céleste & Nova Vermont will notify the customer and issue a full refund.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising this right.

Article 7 – Costs and Refunds

Céleste & Nova Vermont will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Returns related to discounted or promotional items may be subject to specific conditions stated on the product page.

Article 8 – Customs and VAT

The customer is responsible for complying with all import obligations, customs duties, and taxes applicable in their country of residence.
Céleste & Nova Vermont is not the official importer for shipments outside the United States.
All additional customs or courier service fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Article 9 – Compliance with CESOP

In accordance with EU regulations, payment service providers may report cross-border transactions to the CESOP (Central Electronic System of Payment Information).
Céleste & Nova Vermont operates in compliance with these requirements.

Article 10 – Product Compliance and Warranty

Céleste & Nova Vermont guarantees that all products meet reasonable expectations of quality and comply with the contract.
Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
In case of unexpected delays, Céleste & Nova Vermont will notify the customer within 14 days.
All orders are shipped to the customer’s provided address.
Céleste & Nova Vermont is not liable for customs delays or issues beyond its control.

Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.
Céleste & Nova Vermont will respond within 14 days and, if necessary, inform the customer of an extended resolution time.

Article 13 – Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will first be addressed amicably.
If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be settled by the competent court in Vermont, USA.
